Support this process by:

  • Journaling

  • Naming one insight out loud

  • Tracking inner shifts or relational differences

  • Noticing where your responses feel different

  • Therapy can support this process

Remember:
Awareness integrates more fully when articulated.

Integration Journaling Prompts:

  • What feels newly awake in me?

  • What part of me is asking for slowness/movement?

  • What truth is louder in my body today?

  • What am I no longer available for?

  • What feels more possible now?

  • What is a new sensation in my body?

  • What is this new way of being asking of me?

  • Are there patterns that I am intuitively seeing that no longer serve me?

  • What role am I playing in my own suffering or bliss?

You are the co creator of your own life. You get to choose how deep you go with the changes you are willing to surrender to and make in your own integration.
